Good questions
Estimates
How do I get an estimate?
Use the Request an Estimate form — pick your service, describe the job (photos help), choose a few times that work, and we'll follow up to confirm. You can also call us.
Are estimates free?
Yes, estimates are free. For most jobs we can give you a clear price from your description and photos; bigger projects may need a quick visit first.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We explain the cost before any work starts so there are no surprises. How the job is priced depends on the work — we'll walk you through it in your estimate. [Confirm pricing policy before launch.]
Good questions
Property Maintenance
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We handle rental turnovers, work orders and preventive maintenance, with photo updates and consistent invoicing.
Good questions
Services
Do you do electrical and plumbing work?
Yes — we handle everyday electrical and plumbing repairs: outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, faucets, toilets, disposals, leaks and sump pumps. Large projects like panel upgrades, gas lines or whole-house repiping go to a specialized contractor, and we'll tell you up front. [Add license details before launch.]
Do you bring the materials?
We can pick up materials for your job or install what you've already bought. Either way it's spelled out in your estimate.
